All the Signs are There by Ruth Broome

I hear a humming.

Insects swarming.

I see the blossom

petals forming.

I feel a quickening.

Life.

Rushing in.

Nature responding

to the advent of Spring.

I know what she’s telling me.

I hear what she says.

Time to wake up now,

live life a new way.

Step into the light now,

lean into the Sun.

Daylight saving is over.

Winter is done.

A sweet poem welcoming spring. I love to see the early honey bees.

I love what you hear Spring telling you (and us, too.)

Spring definitely tells a story in your poem. I have been mesmerized by the bees pollinating the blossom on the firethorn in the garden.
